In this week's episode, Shelby & Charlie explore the life and crimes of the Genesee River Killer, Arthur Shawcross. Arthur's issue would begin to show early on and after dropping out of school, he'd soon after take up a life of crime. After serving in the military, Arthur would go on to get married as well as committing various murders and assaults. Over the span of time Arthur was killing, he'd murder a total of 11 women as well as a few children.
