There are pills that are really hard to swallow, but we will never get better if we always refuse to take them. I know, sometimes you just can’t help but roll your eyes when people tell you to do certain things differently, especially if they’re someone you personally just don’t like. But how really important is it to take these things with a pinch of salt, and how do we teach ourselves in turn to give encouraging remarks to others?
