Trevor Bolerjack is trained Chef turned Private Chef in the wake of COVID. Born and raised in Kansas City, Trevor had dreams of being a navy seal, James Bond, a lawyer, a photographer, and an accountant. After dabbling in a few jobs, Trevor eventually found himself pursuing a degree from a local culinary school and has been in the industry ever since. We spoke to Chef Trevor about his transition into becoming a Private Chef, his plans for the future of his business, and how he set the smoke detectors off in Annica's house.
