Logic-ing my way out of what I'm feeling isn't a thing in the moment I'm feeling it... 90 seconds then the work can begin, after I've nurtured myself that is... (the work doesn't need begin anywhere close to that though, nor does it need to be done alone).  

Feeling as far as my soul's guidance goes though, that's unparalleled. The practice that helps me welcome this guidance is moving from my head back to my heart, grounding myself with loving awareness.
