This weeks Episode is with a the boss mom, Lisa Ridd. Lisa (now a mom of four) started her career on Wall Street. She then left to follow her passion of film production in London, leading her to later create Smitten Films (based in Tribeca NYC) as a solution for the countless unused photos and videos we all amass on our smartphones. Lisa shares how she decided to build her business and how she scaled it while raising children, and moving to the US.
