In this episode we discuss a police incident that occurred in Virginia Beach, Va. The incident happened in the Lynnhaven shopping mall. Virginia Beach Police detained a suspect, who matched the description of person who alleged committed a felony crime via credit cards. One of the men detained was the actual criminal. The other suspect detained was an innocent man. The innocent man's wife video taped the event and posted it on social media. The man is seen cursing the police officer out using slurs while the officers remained calm. The man was eventually released moments later. The police officer made multiple apologizes and pointed out the alleged criminal who was near by. They both had the same hairstyle and was dressed exactly the same. They both were also with children who were wearing red shirts. The police chief also made a public apology via local news.  

When this episode was recorded I did not watch the viral video of the man being detained by police. Raw Wilkes and I discussed the event in depth. We discuss why situations like this happen and how the community and officers can better these interactions.
