In In the first month of 2021 we had some REAL TALK on how we can be our best self during the most challenging time…through the pandemic.
Last episode we discussed doing the hard things with an increased level of expectations and moving on …. What things we laid down from 2020 …we reflected on some “hard questions” and discussed in the fb community. 2020 was the year of hardcore acceptance, loss, and redefining moments.
In this episode, I wanted to end the series with positive praise, receiving it and practicing intention throughout the day.
It is not so dreamy when we constantly feel the pressure to model “clear sailing” through this time with our clients and our families. In some ways, we are seen as role models and sometimes that pressure has adverse effects…
We talk about it and I provide a comprehensive list of changes we might want to adapt in 2021.
GET READY BECAUSE NEXT UP IS the BEGINNING OF OUR BOOK REVIEW which is much needed and appropriate Burnout, the secret to unlocking the stress cycle by Emily Nagoski, Phd and her sister Amelia Nagoski DMA
After our book review- in March we will be discussing the models of Clinical supervision and how they impacts productivity and retention. I would like to know where you learned how to be a leader… how not to be a leader and what resources keep your leadership skills sharp. What leaders do you most respond to or NOT respond to???
Till next time, big hugs talk soon.
