He has trained and inspired leaders and organizations from Johannesburg to Tokyo, South Central LA, South London, and Helsinki to Melbourne.  He has worked as a minister of religion for the past 19 years in both the UK and Australia and has an academic background in theology and sociology, having worked previously as a  residential social worker.
