Today I am talking with Sean Walsh and Frank DeJulius about the first ever urban triathlon in our city- The Queen City Tri!! A passion project of Sean's and getting Frank involved with Fleet Feet it all just came together beautifully. Sunday June 22nd it is and its gonna be a TIME!!!!
