EP 161 - Weakness to Uniqueness with David Rendall

Listen Later

Failure to recognize our weaknesses is failure to live to our full potential. Everyone has a weakness, and this should not be a problem because identifying these weaknesses gives us an opportunity to use them to our advantage. Weaknesses really are just learning opportunities. If you are able to identify your unique weaknesses, you are then able to figure out how to stop them from barring you to your success.

Weakness can be seen as an opportunity to be unique through the mind of professional speaker, David Rendall. David believes that people don’t necessarily need to improve their weaknesses because sometimes, amplifying them can lead to better results.

In this episode of the Abundantly Clear Podcast, David talks about how it was like growing up unique, how to carefully examine the feedback you get, and dives deep into the fundamentals of making your weakness a tool for your success

You’ll learn:

  • How to value not only your strengths but also your weaknesses and pursuing adulthood with things that make you happy.
  • How to address actual toxic behavior in leadership when you see it
  • How to improve your relationships without having to be someone you are not
  • And so much more!

Favorite Quote:

It is exhausting to try to be someone you are not. It is physically draining, emotionally exhausting to try to fix who you actually are.
