This week, the guys talk about culture. They may not be the most cultured individuals themselves, but they certainly know a thing or two about organizational culture (or at least think they do). Thanks to a recent assignment and TED Talk about culture, Evan realized that he's been working somewhere without the greatest of cultures. He and Josh discuss what goes into a good organizational culture, how a positive or negative culture comes about, and what it means for those working in a specific culture.
