When was the last time you did something just for you, for no particular purpose or outcome, no box being ticked off your To Do list, but for the simple reason that it feels good to you… and you did that without guilt?

On today’s show I’m excited for you to meet my Insta pal Denise.  Denise is an incredible Feminine Energy Coach and together we’re talking about the disconnected feeling and discontent that can bubble up when we’re not living with passion and purpose, about that sense of lost identity that can result from becoming a mother and about how to turn all of that around by reconnecting with yourself.  Denise shares with us her journey through depression and into a tumultuous time of spiritual awakening which culminated in her finally seeking and receiving the support she needed (instead of always being that support to others) and in doing so, discovering her purpose and consciously falling in love with herself in the process.

And if that weren’t enough reason to keep listening… then I think the promise of learning what on earth Conscious Showering is will be.
