It's really difficult to coordinate 20 people.
Especially for meeting and specifically, for a sense of team camaraderie - although this can also be achieved by making sure individual crews feel like they're a part of a unit instead of focussing on crew to crew relations. Jocelyn helps out with this on John's team by getting everyone lunch - which takes about a week to get done lol
Another thing that really attracts employees is "Profit Sharing".
Many people have negative connotations with Peace Rate but no one has this type of connotation to Profit Sharing. Also, Profit Sharing is incredibly simple!
You can just say "hey, I charge a flat rate to my clients, I have a certain amount of hours budgeted for a job, if you do that in less time, I will share that profit with you, assuming you qualify."
