On this week’s podcast, Anne and Ileana talk to Jeremy Lyne, a doctoral student in his second to last year in a clinical psychology program in California whose clinical work and research both focus on working with individuals and couples who have a history of complex trauma utilizing a combination of relational and body based approaches. He is currently researching how to utilize couples therapy and trauma center trauma sensitive yoga for partners to treat complex trauma for one or all individuals in the relationship and to top it all off he is also a certified sex coach.

They discuss what trauma actual is, the markers to look out for that will help you determine whether or not you have experienced it, useful tools to handle trauma in relationships and how to recognize if you are in an abusive relationship.
