Alvin Yong is a modern day Renaissance man (a person of vast skills and knowledge).  At a young age, he lost his Mum to cancer, which led him to understand the fragility of life and the need treasure every moment. He runs businesses in multiple countries, including social entrepreneurship projects in developing nations like Thailand, India and Kenya, where he works with the locals to co-create solutions and initiatives to better the lives of communities.
