This week we’re heading back out to Little Oblivion Brewing in Graham, NC to brew “Chuck Shine,” a hazy pale ale brewed with Galaxy hops and Kveik yeast in collaboration with Chuck Mountain for the release of their single “Moonshine.” We’re taking you along to show what brewing craft beer entails, from water chemistry to sparging, and bath tubs to yeast cows.
