It was so freakin amazing speaking to Christal this week. Hearing her story, it resonated with me. Women are not meant to just settle for their lot in life, our desire for more is sacred and should be honored. I loved learning about color personalities and can’t wait to learn more and integrate this into my own relationships.

She owns a business called HER |empowerment boutique| in Pembroke, Ontario Canada that specializes in inclusive apparel sizing, beauty, sexuality, self-care, programs, and workshops. She’s a wife and a mother of 4. Her passion is to help women redefine who they are, to stop looking back and move forwards to who they are meant to be.
