Mr. Mark Oelze shares his insights into loving well by helping us learn to communicate using "PLEDGE" -- Pause, Listen, Echo back, Disarm, Give (the other person an opportunity to contribute to the story) and Engage the process again and again. This dynamic can become a way of life as we allow the Spirit of God to live in us, helping us to focus not on me and what I want to say next but rather to focus on the other person.
