Hard conversations are hard to have...regardless which side we are on.


Today's episode centers around the question: "How do YOU handle something when it's hard to hear?" 


This ties into our mission of partnering with organizations to help move people from becoming team members (employees) to becoming TEAM mates!  We do this by focusing on 4 major topics:

This conversation hits on all 4 topics.  One of the keys to dealing with something that is hard to hear, is not to try to discount the messenger bringing the news, or totally discount its relevance...but rather look for 10% of truth in the criticism.  When we look for at least 10% of truth we will find opportunities to get better.
