In this episode, I chat with Fitness Coach Ian Young. A massive presence in the fitness world in Northern Ireland and owner of Ian Young Fitness. We talk about his Irish league days, winning titles and making the 1st team squad at a young age. Then retiring from football at a young age to hit the heights of world champion in a completely different sport and then starting his thriving fitness business. Some brilliant stories and great advice in here on mentality and reflecting on the situation we find ourselves in plus his thoughts on gyms in Northern Ireland and beyond during lockdown.
