Lisa dedicated the last 14 years of her life to the corporate world, but things took a turn at the end of 2019, after she was made redundant five months into her third pregnancy. 

However, instead of staying in her comfort zone, she took the leap she had been wanting to take for a while and is now studying for her counselling diploma. 

Lisa prides herself on her positive outlook on life and is here today to tell us her story on how she manages to juggle life with three young boys, her studying and  using her social media platforms to promote positive mental health.
