The definition of “procrastination” in Wikipedia is “the action of unnecessarily and voluntarily delaying or postponing something despite knowing that there will be negative consequences for doing so”
Unnecessarily and voluntarily…doesn’t it feel like sometimes procrastination IS necessary?
Well, I’m here to share with you that is EXACTLY what this self-sabotaging behavior wants you to think…
Take exercising for example.
We think about how painful it’s going to be and because of this we produce a feeling in our body of pain and discomfort, hence, we procrastinate.
In today’s episode, I will teach you 3 simple steps to kick procrastination to the curb so that you do the things you know you should be doing (like exercising)...even when you don’t feel like it!
