Lowri Morgan is an extraordinary woman who has done some extraordinary things. Her achievements include: 

• Completing the Amazon Jungle Ultra (220km)
• Arctic marathon 350 miles, 
• Dragons Back race (315km across the spine of Wales), 

Lowri is also an accomplished broadcaster and the author of the absolutely brilliant book Beyond Limits which is available to buy now. 

This conversation looks at where Lowri gets her enthusiasm, determination and hunger for the challenges she sets herself. They say you shouldn't meet your heroes, I have now met Lowri a number of times and every time she amazes me with her positivity, outlook and ability to take on and conquer some of the toughest challenges on this planet!
