What are your favorite moments in life? 

Some of my favorite moments were made all the better by the anticipation and planning that went into them. 

I find that when I have an event planned I get so excited to get everything ready, to leave early for it, to make it the best that it can be! 

It can be the same way with sex! Sex is fun when spontaneous but scheduling sex is SEXY! 

Not only does scheduling sex bring anticipation and mental/physical/emotional preparation, but it can also fight off big sex problems. Problems like differences in schedule, libido problems, fear, pain, nerves, confusion, and so much more can be combatted if we schedule sex into the calendar.
