In episode 17 Relentless Leadership Part 1, we traveled back down to Relentless Defender HQ in Houston, Texas to speak with Owner and CEO, Aaron Slater, on leadership. In the world we live in we are seeing leadership fail all across our country. For so long we have thought as leadership as the people above us. Slater has an awesome take on how leadership starts from the front line rather than the upper echelon. Imagine a generation of selfless leaders that took it upon themselves to lead from every assignment instead of waiting to lead once rank was applied. Now more than ever we need this message in our county. This was such an interesting episode we had to make it a two-part series.
