When we go out in the street, or when we are in front of a group of people, we can feel how the looks burn us. It is probably something of mistrust and concern for the opinions others may have about us. Let's try to be us, accept ourselves as we are with the idea of always improving, worry a little less about others' opinions about our ways of being, and reduce stress and anxiety.
