For me, the new year often brings with it dreams of big adventure. In the podcast recorded the spring of 2020 I connect with my friend and colleague Heather Cole as she talks about her adventures on the Pacific Crest Trail. In 2019, Heather had the chance to embark on a bucket list trek that many of us can only dream of, a month long trek on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). The trail provided so much more than just adventure.  It provided deep wisdom that we all can benefit from during this time of distance and isolation.
