Millennials, a generation of people often misunderstood. This massive generation filled with 18-34 years old are labelled repeatedly in articles, blogs, studies and in even casual conversations as entitled, self-absorbed, lazy and overly idealistic. Is this impression of millennials true? Possibly to a certain extent. In this episode, I talk about how millennials are the generation that refuse to put up with people, places, situations and things that do not contribute to their overall development and happiness. Businesses, politicians, employers and more don't know how to deal with young people who hold them accountable for their ridiculous behaviour. Of course you would be angry at a 20 something year old who is sharp as a button, probably created your favourite app, is willing to create an opportunity for themselves and isn't enticed by the corporate life...maybe just maybe the millennials can teach us more about pursuing your dreams unapologetically.
