Hey everyone, it's Ant here! This is the first episode of The Ant Marino Podcast after I rebranded from 'The MindFit Movement Podcast' to 'The Ant Marino Podcast'.  

In this episode I explain the reason I changed the name of the podcast and why I wanted to change the name of it for a while and I explain what was holding me back.
