After a couple of weeks off, we're so incredibly happy to be back, and to Welcome our new friend, and guest, Siobhan Mungovan

As a Hypnotherapist, Coach, Published Author, and Storyteller from Clare County, Ireland, it was so incredible to sit with Siobhan to chat about some of her journey to building the Confidence she needed to be able to tell her story, Co-Write a book, and how, in doing,  she was able to achieve a part of her dream, goal, and ambition which was rooted in helping her mom, her person, see the world through her eyes.
