Lucia Greene is an Elementary School Counselor, yoga and meditation teacher, energy healer, theater performer, and former teacher. After years of struggling with anxiety and depression, she is now committed to understanding how we heal trauma, and tend to our big feelings. She is especially passionate about using play and connection as healing modalities.
I'm so excited to be hosting the Trust Fall Forward Experience with Lucia on Saturday, Sept 24th from 9am - 12pm. This event / mini retreat is an opportunity to build a better relationship with yourself & your body, to improve self confidence, challenge your comfort zone, & connect with others on a similar journey. If you trust in us and yourself enough to attend, you will leave with new tools to move through discomfort and limiting beliefs that will help you approach life with more confidence, compassion, creativity and connection. Activities include: Intuitive yoga-fusion movement class, guided meditation & breath work, mindful nature walk, comfort zone challenge by choice, self trust & confidence building workshop, relationship building activities and optional apple picking! We can't wait to see you for a weekend of community, connection and conquering your comfort zone!
