Life can get in the way of a lot from time to time. You might get extra paperwork that needs to be handled, someone may be behind on their work which now becomes your problem, or sometimes just juggling every issue that life is throwing at you all at once gets to be a little bit too much. Today I wanna talk about what can happen when all of those small issues pile up, and what we can do to combat them. Hit play and let's talk about it a bit.
