Creating your own protein bars is an excellent idea for so many reasons. My primary motivation is that these bars are high in protein. This grab and go item fits perfectly into a workout morning. Knowing that ingredients in your bar creates confidence in nutritional density. The no bake feature  is an additional win. Finally, another compelling reason remains the cost savings versus spending $3 or more for a store bought choice.
