John Manes is the co-owner and CEO of Pinnacle Storage Properties and Pinnacle Storage Managers with a total of 41 storage deals in the last 6 years valued at over $200M with over 1 Million square foot located in Texas, Arkansas , South Carolina, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington state and Louisiana. He has been involved in self storage for 18 years , since 2005 in multiple capacities.

John is a previous director of the board of the Texas Self Storage Association and has spoken at multiple storage conventions at both the state and national level and is a contributor to multiple self-storage publications, including magazine articles, podcasts and a Youtube channel (Pinnacle Storage Properties). He frequently speaks to the investment community at Family Office Club, investor conferences, IRA conferences and investor educational companies.
