The catastrophic explosion that shook Beirut has forced the global eye onto Lebanon. The country has been in an economic crisis for months dating back prior to COVID-19. We put things into perspective and outline the chaos that preceded the explosion. Then, we outline the types of change that need to occur moving forward.
