Sometimes as a coach, you need to step aside when you see something great about to happen. This weekend I saw one of my veteran older players step in to have a meeting with the team when they were struggling. I looked at my other Coach and I had them back off, so the kid could speak. And it was beautiful to watch. Let’s talk about letting kids be leaders.
