On this episode, we talk about how you can start to transform your organization with EOS. Chad was introduced to EOS many years ago and has been intentional in taking steps to introducing this model into our organization. We talk about how you can get your organization 100% on the same page with where you’re going and how you’re going to get there.

So what is EOS? EOS stands for Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). It is a set of simple concepts and practical tools used by companies around the world to clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision. Using EOS helps you to look at your business in a whole new way – through the lens of the Six Key Components™.

6 Key Components include:

  1. Vision - 8 Questions & Shared by all - Strengthening this component means getting everyone in the organization 100% on the same page with where you’re going and how you’re going to get there.
  2. Traction - Rocks & Meetings - This means bringing discipline and accountability into the organization – becoming great at execution – taking the vision down to the ground and making it real.
  3. Data - Scorecards & Measurables - This means cutting through all the feelings, personalities, opinions, and egos and boiling your organization down to a handful of objective numbers that give you an absolute pulse on where things are.
  4. Process - Documented & Followed by All - This is the secret ingredient in your organization. This means “systemizing” your business by identifying and documenting the core processes that define the way to run your business. You'll need to get everyone on the same page with what the essential procedural steps are, and then get everyone to follow them to create consistency and scalability in your organization.
  5. Issues - Issues List & IDS - Strengthening this component means becoming great at solving problems throughout the organization – setting them up, knocking them down, and making them go away forever.
  6. People - Right People & Right Seat - Simply put, we can’t do it without great people. This means surrounding yourself with great people, top to bottom, because you can’t achieve a great vision without a great team.

    7. These components must be managed and strengthened in order for you to be a great business no matter if you’re a small business or a large corporation.
