Heather Lee is a thrill seeker, dream chaser, and unabashed advocate for bravery in the face of adversity. A UCF graduate (Go Knights!), Heather currently leads the editorial team at The Local Winter Garden and is the content director for Em Agency.
In her free time, she photographs and designs cookbooks (An Appealing Plan, Raw Food Art), is a menu design consultant for restaurants, and freelances for businesses and publications looking to engage consumers with dynamic stories.
In 2019, she lost her husband to suicide. Rather than hide in sorrow and shame, Heather shares her story openly, hoping that her experience and words can inspire those faced with the unthinkable to persevere.
