‘HALLOWEEN-ish SPECIAL EDITION’ Episode ⚰️ - Ok, I know The Silence of the Lambs isn’t technically a horror movie per se but horror is a tricky genre to find Oscar wins in a leading role. Plus I really wanted to watch this movie. Jodie Fodie (or JFo as we call her) won her second Oscar in 1992 for playing the feminist icon, Clarice Starling. Her competitors were Thelma & Louise (Geena Davis & Susan Sarandon), Bette Midler (a Halloween darling) in For the Boys, and Laura Dern for Rambling Rose.
