It wasn't always like this - in her twenties she drank a quarter of a bottle of whisky a day, smoked 40+ cigarettes and lived on toast, marmalade, orange juice, coffee and chocolate. This year she has published two books on weight loss: "190 Weight Loss Hacks: What the Evidence Says" and "Menopause Weight Loss". Both books offer practical advice based on the scientific research.
