Rodney Thompson worked in IT for 36 years, and management for the last 20 years has given him a broad knowledge of customer relations and project management. Starting out investing in single-family homes, Rodney quickly discovered that scaling the single-family business model had its challenges. He eventually realized that Commercial real estate offers so much more for investors. With the economy of scales on your side, and the fact that commercial property is valued in a dramatically different way, moving his focus to commercial real estate was the smart thing to do.
