Brian Akers is someone who has been through an interesting life so far. From his party days in college and to his late 20s, deciding to quit drinking alcohol, starting an animal rights organization, training for endurance events like Triathlon and Ultra Races, and now starting his own podcast; the underlying theme to all of this was his own introspection and self reflection.
