Happy Tuesday, Freaky Friends! 

It's been a week.... 

We could all use a mental break, so here we go. We're getting to the tail end of our Intimacy Series, and our last topic is relationships. 

So, in a fun twist, James & Trece took over the podcast to talk about one of the key foundational items needed for a healthy relationship.

  • Trece and James break down the ins and outs of communication. They share with us the healthy habits they learned through the different seasons of their relationship (from dating to marriage to parenthood), and share how great communication and great sex go hand in hand. 
• Throw It Back - In regards to marriage, prioritize communication in the first year, and be intentional with time spent with your spouse. 
• Challenge for the Week: Find mutual ground with your spouse (This means no screen time!).
