Changing is important, and I go into what to change in this week's Episode. So we look at changing and why to change, now I address what you can change, you can change the situation or just change your reaction or perspective of the situation. Then I look at changing small things even though something big stays the same, so Big constant, Small change. I use the example of wearing a tie every Friday but I change the specific tie that I wear every week.
