So, ayun na nga, ECQ na naman sa NCR and NCR plus. Sa mga hindi aware ano ito, ECQ which means Enhanced Community Quarantine, bale katumbas to ng mga lockdowns sa ibang part ng mundo. 

So, in this episode we will relive the stories of ECQ nung season 1 and 2 and we will be sharing our thoughts about this never ending cycle of lockdowns that we are living right now.
