She has a background in natural resource management, with wildfire mitigation & suppression experience. Kelleigh has a BS from CSU in Natural Resource Management and Conservation Biology. She worked with the Colorado State Forest Service as an intern in the Science and Data Division working primarily with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the Wildfire Risk Viewer. She worked with the Ember Alliance on their prescription fire module that focused on wildfire mitigation projects in northern Colorado and prescription fire application across the west.
