Baybreeze is on the run, and could at any second be caught by a town guard from stealing from the country’s museum: Felicia Art Project (FAP). He just couldn’t live without the fire horse he saw there. If his heist goes successfully the players still have the dreaded Hick’s food processing center to deal with.
