In this episode, I sit down with South Florida’s #1 Luxury Real Estate Agent Billy Nash to talk about the current state of the Real Estate market, where it’s headed, and more importantly, how the heck he landed a deal on Netflix! 

Billy came from humble roots in the suburbs of New Jersey; funny how that seems to be a recurring theme with successful people.

He worked his way up in the banking world to build a Billion Dollar Network of individuals (like the owner of the Miami Dolphins) with whom he can always provide a great product and service.

We dive into the Netflix deal, how he actually got the deal to begin with, and also why it’s important to own all of your own content when stepping into the vast world of streaming services.
