I feel that people are often going through life in cruise control or autopilot and i think that translates into probably only working at 40% of their potential. I truly believe being comfortable within your workspace or fitness realm or something that enables you to better your mental or physical health is only being exercised at about 40% and people have a-lot more in the their locker than what they think.
