Travel back in time with us as we visit Fort Worth’s own Log Cabin Village to talk about the importance of water to Texas pioneers in the late 1800’s! In this first part we talk with Shae Adams, the Assistant Historic Site Supervisor about the history of the Log Cabin Village, the importance of clean, readily available water to Texas Pioneers, and what got her interested in this period of history.
Thanks very much to Shae Adams and everyone at the Log Cabin Village for showing us around and answering all our questions about pioneer bathing habits! Join us for part two where Shae takes us on a tour of the village!
